Witness to Remembrance
 
A Community Photo Art Show Opening: October 25th 6-9pm Grace Community Church ‘Cliff House’ and ‘Hallway’ Gallery spaces 8th and Central Seal Beach, CA Hosted by Greenly Art Space and Grace Community Church Additional open hours: Oct. 26th 10:45-1:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm Nov. 1st6:00-9:00pm Participants: Street children and WMF (Word Made Flesh) advocates in Argentina and Sierra Leone are participating in this project along with individuals from the Seal Beach Community and surrounding areas. Project: Disposable cameras have been used in remembrance of a loved one. Photos reflect places, objects, ideas that remind the photographer of this individual. To learn about the inspiration for this project click here. Goals: One of the goals of this project is honoring people we love who have died. A second goal is to reflect on this individual’s life in a way that increases our gratitude for their life and our community with one another.
